Toilet Room Template
Toilet Room clearances are very specific, especially the knee clearance required underneath a lavatory. We have created a template that not only specifically measures the knee clearance below a lavatory, in both California and other states, but it also can measure the following;
- The counter height at the lavatory and clearance from the sidewall.
- The location of the toilet from the sidewall and the height of the toilet seat.
- The location of the toilet tissue dispenser; the height AFF and distance from the front of the toilet.
- The height of the grab bars and the distance they project past the front of the toilet and passed the center line of the toilet.
All of these distances and clearances can be measured from this one, lightweight, compact template.
